Dear Diary,

Some days ago I saw her with another guy. 

I was accursed and I couldn't believe my eyes, I don't know what to do, I might as well ditch her or do the same to her? That would've been pretty harsh tho.

I can't believe this actually happened.. I thought our relationship was going to be forever, but she obviously didn't.

We've been together for 6 months, she's so gorgeous and beautiful, I can't even believe how I she "chose" me before any other guy.

Detta är min presentation till mitt bild arbete(konsthistoria) jag har expressionism som arbete och har arbetat med det under några veckor.

Idrott + Reflektion

1. Varje lektion har vi olika motoriks träningar vilket gör att vi får röra oss på olika sätt hela tiden, t. ex att vi gör olika träningar i takt med musik vilket gör att vi får träna i olika fysiska sammanhang. 

 2. Nej, jag tycker att vi har gått igenom allt som står under år 7-9, t. ex: "förebygga risker vid fysisk aktivitet samt hantera nödsituationer på land och i vatten." Vi pratade om risker ganska länge i början av lektionen.

3. Jag behöver arbeta med min kondition, jag har aldrig haft en särskilt bra kondition eftersom att jag aldrig tagit tiden att träna upp den. Detta innebär att jag inte orkar med så mycket på lektionerna.


Jag skulle gärna vilja hamna i gruppen med Motorik - spel och lekar med hjälp av plintar, bänkar och liknande saker, lekar så som skeppsbrott har alltid varit kul, brännboll kan man också spela.

It was a hot summer day when I saw her at school, the girl I've always loved, I don't even think she knows who I am, once I got home from school I found her number and called her, she picked up the phone, I heard her friends in the background so I hung up before I even got to say something. A few minutes later my phone called, and it was her! She asked who it was and I told her that I was from her class, I told her that I've liked her for along time and finally I asked if she wanted to go out with me and eat someday and she said yes, I was really really excited about it. So we finally went on a date and I really enjoyed it, I hope she did too, A few days later she called me and asked if I wanted to go out with her again, and so we did, alot of times, and finally on the 9th date, I asked if she wanted to be in a relationship with me, and she said yes, I was sooo happy!

Friluftsliv, göra upp en eldplats (Idrott)

Göra upp en eldplats

Var säker på att det är en ring av sten runtom eldplatsen, annars kan det spridas överallt och kan sluta i en skogsbrand, fast du kan också gräva en grop. På vintern kan du behöva gräva ner lite i snön, annars sjunker elden ner. Det måste även vara sand och jord under eldplatsen, står det på gräs är det ganska självklart att det börjar brinna, man ska också välja en plats där den inte skadar växtligheten eller mark.

Olika träsorter brinner olika snabbt, om du är ute i vildmarken finns det kanske inte så stort "sortiment" att välja mellan, man får ta det bästa som finns. Bra bränsle är oftast, torra grenar och kvistar, torrt ris är också bra.

Du måste tänka på allemansrätten vilket betyder att du inte får hugga ner levande buskar och träd, var säker på att du vet reglerna kring platsen där du tänker elda på eftersom att eldning kan vara förbjudet i vissa nationalparker och liknande.

Det är lika viktigt att släcka elden som att tända den, du måste vara stensäker på att den är släckt, annars kan flamman komma upp igen, och om den står på ett tag kan det risikeras att flamman tänder på någon annanstans. För att släcka den är vatten eller snö bra, om du är nära en sjö och har mycket vatten, var säker på att du går flertal gånger och hämtar vatten och häller över elden. Om du använder snö så vänta tills snön smälter och lägg på flera lager. Om du använd dig om "ring av sten" kan det vara ganska bra att splittra isär på stenarna då värme kan göra så att elden flammar upp igen.
